Jessica Cramp
NSW/ACT Community Cooperative Facilitator

“I believe in promoting ethical engagement with all stakeholders and work by the standard of ‘nothing about me, without me’.”

With over 14 years of experience in the industry, I’m task-oriented and outcomes-focused, always striving to enhance the learning journeys of participants. A successful outcome for me is when people can choose where and how they want to live, the supports they receive and how that support is delivered. I love working at Enliven Community because their values align with mine. They focus on what the participant wants and needs, putting the person at the centre of all interactions.

Career highlight:
Working in this rewarding and fulfilling role/environment is the highlight of my career.

Outside of work:
I enjoy watching NRL, bushwalking, going to the beach, having BBQs, fishing and attending concerts. I love being around people and I am a bit of a social butterfly.

What super-power would you want?
I would love the ability to mimic other superpowers so that I could adapt and choose my power each day based on what I am feeling, wanting or needing at the time.

Credentials:
• Certificate III – Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Children’s Services and Disability.
