Jessica Cramp
Community Cooperative Facilitator – NSW

Jessica is excited to be joining The Enliven Community team as our NSW/ACT Community Cooperative Facilitator.

Jessica has been working in the Disability Services sector for over 14 years’. Jessica’s previous roles have included – NDIS Local Area Coordinator and Operations Manager for Supported Independent Living and Independent Living Options. During this time, she has gained experience and knowledge that she will bring to this role as your Facilitator.

Jessica is a passionate, motivated, and innovative person, who has a good sense of humour and doesn’t mind a bit of a laugh.

Jessica strongly believes in the rights of all people to choose where and how they want to live, their supports they receive and how that support is delivered.

Jessica came to us at Enliven Community looking for a new challenge and to continue making a difference in the lives of people with disability. Using cooperative type governance arrangements, Jessica believes this model will truly help to ensure participants have the resources and information required to make independent and informed choices about where and how they live.

As a Community Cooperative Facilitator, Jessica’s role will be to help facilitate group and individual sessions, to provide you with information and resources on what is available to you in terms of housing, supports and ensuring good value for money with any supports you engage in. Jessica is looking forward to being a part of this amazing project and providing independent advice, practical assistance, skills development, and resources to you, as a member of The Community Cooperative.
