What do we do?
At Enliven Community, we understand that you know what’s best for you.
As Australia’s first Shared Support Facilitators (our team are called ‘Choice Collective Facilitators – same service, different name), we work with people who share disability supports to help you to collectively make confident, informed choices about your home and how you live. By bringing you together with the people you share supports with, we make sure you have the opportunity and support to collectively have your voice central to the supports you pay for and receive.

Choice Collectives
A Choice Collective is a group of people who choose to share disability housing, in-home supports, or both.
We support Choice Collective members to come together and make key decisions about what supports they share, how they are delivered, and who delivers them. Through sharing resources, each person’s NDIS funding goes further.
Choice Collectives were previously named Community Cooperatives. We changed the name based on your feedback that the name needed to be more clear and meaningful. A ‘Choice Collective’ is exactly the same as a ‘Community Cooperative’ – new name, same model.
All Enliven Community’s efforts are focused on providing highly-skilled facilitation to Choice Collectives. Currently, we only provide facilitation to the Choice Collectives in Enliven Housing SDA properties. We are funded by the owners of the property to provide this to the tenants.
